Men's skin, altthought it was same basic structure and the same composition as women's skin, has different characteristics due to the hormonal influence of testosterone.

Another characteristic of male skin is due to the presence of highly developed piliferous system which means men have to shave. This gesture which is very often daily, can alter the skin's physiological barrier, causing local micro-traumas, associated with uncomfortable redness and irritation. All this also helps the process of dehydration, making facial skin more sensitive and reactive day after day.

This makes it necessary to use specific treatments every day to boost the energy of the skin and restore its balance and vitality, developed not to be aggressive and respect the surface hydrolipid film.

All these problems require a targeted response: the BioNike loboratories have developed the Defence Man Line, specially conceived to protect and defend male skin, even the most sensitive and reactive.

Features:
A concentrate of active ingredients with a moisturizing and fortifying action, it restores to the men's skin (which characteristics are related to hormones, in particular testosterone, which modifies its structure, leading a greater content of collagen fibres and lipids) the natural hydration, improving its tone and suppleness and protects it from external aggression, re-establishing its normal balance.

Active ingredients:

1. Jojoba oil and shea butter = improve the tone, restore the surface film, giving moisturization and elasticity to the skin.
2. Glycerine and dermo-affine oils = restore the surface hydrolipidic film maintaining the right moisturizing situation.
3. Isomerate Saccharine = derived by glucose which, thanks to its natural structure acts as a effective moisturization regulator, controlling for long time the water retention in the skin as it binds itself to the aminocidic components of the cheratine corneous layer. In this way it is able to develop a “magnet effect on the water” also al low humidity levels.
4. Bio filtered Lactobacillus and Aleuritic Acid = a new combination of two moisturizing active ingredients (one hydrophilic and the other one lipophilic which act on the two fundamental components of the correct moisturization (the natural moisturizing factor and the barrier lipids).
   → Result:
• an effect 2 in 1 which assures an immediate moisturization of the surface layers of the skin and a deep moisturization, through the reinforcement of the skin barrier which limits in this way the TEWL.

How to use:

Apply every day with a light massage after normal cleansing. The light but sensory texture makes the product suggested also as after shave. for shaving it is suggested Defence Man shaving foam.
